WhyHR is the HR department your business has always needed. We offer an outside, independent, and unbiased perspective on human resources. And since we’re not in-house, we don’t get caught up in office politics or power dynamics. We guide businesses as they establish, grow, stabilize, change, hire, and yes – unfortunately, sometimes – fire.

But HR isn’t just about paperwork, onboarding, and dispute resolution. Sure, sometimes we’re policy-makers and accountability partners, but we’re also counselors and therapists – people you can bring in for difficult or important conversations to help ensure they stay constructive and productive. Most often, though, we’re facilitators of great communication and advocates for positive, collaborative, and healthy workplaces.
