Directed by Simon Godwin\, this modern-dress production combines a contemporary eye with a fastidious ear for Shakespeare's language. Fiennes and Okonedo became the first pair in 30 years to pick up the best actor and actress prize for the same production at the Even Standard Theatre Awards. Established in 1955\, they are the oldest theatrical awards ceremony in the UK and are presented annually for outstanding achievements in London Theatre. Captured live from the National Theatre.
