DESCRIPTION:A celebration of leaders in our community\, We invite you to join us for "The Art of Leadership" featuring Deborah McAuliffe Senner\, CEO of Allied Arts of Oklahoma. \n\nWe will also recognize the 2022 Class of Leadership Northwest \n\n \nDeborah McAuliffe Senner serves as President and CEO of Allied Arts of Oklahoma\, where she has worked to strengthen the cultural community since 2001. \n  \n\nAllied Arts is a United Arts Fund that provides critical funding and increased awareness for over 40 arts and cultural organizations. She has a passion for arts education and and arts for under served communities and hopes that through their work they are able to insure that all Oklahomans have accessibility to the arts.  Senner has led her organization through years of successful campaigns raising over $50 million for the arts in Oklahoma. \n  \n\nThe recipient of the 2019 Governor's Arts Community Service Award for leadership in the arts\, she led her organization to win national championship in a fundraising competition and has been recognized as the Top Fundraising Professional by the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Oklahoma Chapter. \n  \n\nA few of Senner's honors include Oklahoma's 50 Women Making a Difference\; also 2010 Women in the News\, and under her leadership the organization has earned the distinction as a finalist for the Center for Non Profits ONE Awards for best non-profit in the state\, and by Journal Record for the Beacon Awards   Best non-profit helping other non-profits. \n  \n\nShe is a member of Americans for the Arts (AFTA) and held a national position on the Private Sector Council\, she is a member of the OKC Chamber Board of Advisors\, Girl Scouts Juliette Lowe Society\, Leadership Oklahoma City\, Rotary Club 29\, Junior League of Oklahoma City and Salt and Light Leadership Training (SALLT). Deborah also serves on the Oklahoma Nonprofit Council\, an initiative of the Department of Commerce\, dedicated to supporting the diverse needs of the state's nonprofit sector.
