DESCRIPTION:Please join us for our first ever MORNING BUZZ session!\n\n\n\nWhat it is   a one-on-one briefing & Q&A discussion with a local leader.\n\nOur inaugural Special Guest will be Oklahoma County Commissioner Brian Maughan. \n\nIn addition to providing services like road maintenance and policing in unincorporated parts of Oklahoma County\, Commissioner Maughan has created the SHINE program that is providing non-violent minor offenders the opportunity to work off their debt to the community working on projects that improve our neighborhoods. \n\nThe program has been recognized for its ingenuity and has become a model program for utilization in other jurisdictions\, in Oklahoma\, across the country\, and even internationally. \n\n \n\nCommissioner Maughan has also created the SHINE for Students program which allows high schools students to document their volunteer community service work and earn a special recognition and designating cord for their commencement gown. \n\nPresenting this new opportunity are co-sponsors The Greens & OG&E.
